Price includes

Room preparation, and — for up to 6 guests — a housekeeper for the preparation of your meals on site: breakfast, lunch and service until 5pm. Beyond 6 guests, an additional cook is required at a cost of 200 Dhs/day.

Price does not include

Airport transfer, groceries for meal preparation, dinner service (150 Dhs), shopping service (150 Dhs), pool heating (500 Dhs/day), a driver, or car rental.

General Rental Terms

Payment by bank transfer one month before the departure date. Any damage or deterioration of furniture will be charged at replacement value. Pets are not allowed. The estate benefits from permanent security. The villa must be occupied in a manner that respects the calm, family atmosphere of this small private estate comprising eight villas.

For security reasons, the use of private taxis is recommended. Small yellow taxis are not allowed inside the estate.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant: a 50% fee applies between 45 and 15 days before arrival, and 100% within 15 days of arrival.
